I was born in New York City and completed my higher education at the University of Denver. I started out in corporate America, traveling the country solving business problems for Fortune 100 companies such as Squibb Pharmaceutical and Beatrice Foods. The tenth move in my 20-year business career was to Modesto to manage a large frozen food distribution and storage facility. I opened the first Prime Shine in 1991 after vowing to “change the way people think about car washing”. I continue to live in Modesto and enjoy good food and wine, extensive travel, and that occasional round of golf.

 General Manager

I was born on July, 30 1969 in Chicago, Illinois. At age six my father was transferred to California and I was raised in both Los Angeles and Modesto. Working was always a part of life and my first experiences with the business world was at a young age with early jobs such as paper routes, starting my own landscaping business (Evergreen Enterprises), and working at Modesto’s ice company bagging ice and loading trucks. After high school, my formal education was done at Arizona State University located in Tempe, Arizona. Through college I enjoyed a multitude of different jobs including fast order cook, retail sales at Sears, and delivering furniture for one of Phoenix’s premier furniture companies. After graduating from ASU with a degree in Political Science in 1991, I joined a small start up company called Prime Shine Express. Over 15 years later, I am proud to have been a vital part of a great team who have conceptualized and created the Prime Shine system. When not working on how to make our company even better, I enjoy playing a round of golf, traveling with my girlfriend Leia, drinking fine red wine, and enjoying my new hobby of scuba diving.

Information & Technology

I was born in Brooklyn NYC, but weaned in Highland Park, NJ which some may say is a distant suburb of NYC (how ya doin). After school I went exploring the USA. I ended my exploration in Los Angeles (yo dude) were I worked selling photographic supplies at a variety of camera stores. This lead to an opportunity as a field technician for a major photographic company in Dallas, TX (Howdy partner). For the next 16 years I honed my selling skills of photographic and video equipment till Norm and Evan pulled me from my humdrum life. I moved to Modesto in spring of 1996 for the second half of my life. I have a wonderful bride (Angie) and I have a beautiful daughter (Jessica) two cats and dog. I'm an endorphin junkie (sometimes needed at Prime Shine) and am proud to say I've finished over 100 triathlons including the Ironman in Hawaii.

 Operations Manager

I have been with Prime Shine since April of 1998 and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I've been involved with customer service for almost 20 years starting in 1983 as a shipping clerk for a frozen food distributor. I later became the Senior Shipping Supervisor for a turkey processor in 1990. My wife, Rebecca, and I met in 1995 and were married 6 months later. Our two children, Josh (3), and Emma (2 months), have been training us how to be proper parents.

Service/Engineering Manager

I was born here in the Central Valley. I joined the Prime Shine team in 2004 where I apply skills that I’ve been acquiring over the course of my career. I started learning my trade as a maintenance helper at the age of 16. Then after spending a tour in the U.S. Navy working on flight decks as a crash and salvage team member and a search and rescue swimmer, I continued to build on my skills by studying machine tool technology in collage. After living in several locations across the U.S., I found myself living in my original hometown of Hilmar with my wife Catherine, daughter Shealin and twin sons Kyle and Ty. I enjoy spending my time coaching football or when time permits to be in the outdoors riding or hunting.

Modesto (McHenry) Location Manager

After working at another carwash for many years I joined the Prime Shine team in 2002. I take pride in seeing my employees advance up the ranks to Shift Leader and or Manager. Prime Shine is helping me gain a lot business management experience. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and at church.

Riverbank Location Manager

I joined Prime Shine in September of 2003. I love football, video gaming and spending loads of time with my beautiful wife and kids. Some of my proudest moments at Prime Shine are when we have a long line of customers and I jump on panel and knock the line down quickly. I also take great pride in helping our customers utilize our facility for all its services. I would like to get the most of my potential and knowledge and to continuously obtain experience in my career in management. I graduated from Irvington H.S. in Fremont then went to San Jose City College for two years then transferred to a private university called Huron University on a full football ride. While there I pursued my B.S. degree in business management.

Merced Location Manager

I was born and raised here in the Central Valley, and I joined Prime Shine in August of 2003 as a Wash Tech to earn some extra money in addition to my regular job at a local pizza place. I soon grew to love working at Prime Shine and I moved my way up the ranks until I became a Site Manager in March 2007. Outside of work, I attend California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock, and in June 2007 I will received my B.A. in English. In addition to working at Prime Shine, I do some freelance writing which has been good experience for my eventual career as a writer. When I can find some free time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, reading, writing, hiking, and traveling as much as possible. I hope some day to be a full-time author and to be able to work from home.

Lodi Location General Manager

I was born Palo Alto and lived in the bay area till the age of 18. I held a number of jobs, from a host at IHOP, shift leader at Jack in the box and as an assistant manager at Prowash (a full service carwash). In 2001 I was hired as a wash tech and shift leader trainee in Lodi. Thing have been going great since. I’m proud to be the winner of Prime Shine’s “Best overall managed Location” two years in a row. In my spare time I enjoy boxing and spending time with my family. It’s been a great ride since October 2001 and I hope the best is yet to come.

Lodi Location Wash Manager

In the spring of 2000 I found my first job ever at Prime Shine Express in Lodi. I worked my way up the ranks from Wash Tech to Shift Leader and now Manger. I even met my wife at Prime Shine. Since coming to work at Prime Shine, I’ve gotten married and had three kids. In my spare time from being a husband, father and washing cars, I enjoy basketball, football, watching movies and I’m an avid video gamer. One of my greatest moments on the job was scoring 100% on my pride test. In the future I would like to move up the ladder to upper management.

Lodi Location Lube Manager

Previous to my employment with Prime Shine I was a manager, customer service representative and a sales person. My interests are all sports, fishing, camping, BBQ’s and my family. I love seeing all my employees working together as a cohesive team in getting the job accomplished. I plan on being a great investor and to have my own business.

Turlock Location Manager

I was raised in Gustine and graduated from Turlock High School. I have been in management since I was 17. I joined Prime Shine 2003. My proudest moments at Prime Shine was when I was 8 months pregnant and still washing cars; I truly had a Prime Shine baby. I enjoy spending time with my two kids, Marissa and Angel. My husband Erik and I enjoy watching movies, watching my kids dance and swim. My goals for the future are to a homeowner and be a good example for my children.

Ceres Location Manager

I was born and raised in Modesto, Ca. Soon after my fifteenth birthday I entered the workforce, working as a dishwasher at a local restaurant. I was able to work my way up becoming head chef. I was able to gain valuable experience working as part of the kitchen management. After graduating high school I continued to work at a variety of restaurants. I obtained my first manager position with a small locally owned pizza company. From there I moved on to assisting the management at a very reputable food chain. It came to my attention that Prime Shine was looking for assistant manager trainees, so I took a leap of faith and quit my job with fast food and transitioned into the car washing industry. I started prime shine in 2005 as an assistant manager/ trainee and have been very grateful to have made it to Manager at the Ceres site. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Tanya , my son Israell and my soon to be baby girl Mia.
